Our private function rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, private bars & PA systems. The perfect venue to hire for your family celebration, cocktail party, wedding reception, school formal, business presentation or gala dinner right in the heart of Penrith.

Members Room – up to 260 guests

This large Function Room located above our Club has the capacity to seat a maximum of 260 guests, with it’s own private bar and grand dance floor.

This room is ideally suited to a wide range of functions including weddings, birthday parties, presentation nights, school formal, business seminar, christmas parties – we even host a theatre restaurant in this room.

The advantage to hiring this room for a seminar, would be access to the Clubs Bistro – which is open for lunch and dinner should you not want your function catered for.

Sky Lounge – up to 180 guests

The Sky Lounge has outstanding views, both day & night, overlooking our Harness Racing Track. Sky Lounge is also available for bookings for Race Nights and private functions.

The seating capacity is a maximum of 180 guests, across 2 levels, with it’s own private bar. The room is ideal for smaller functions such as Birthday Parties, Office Christmas Parties & School Formals.

Both Members Lounge and Sky Lounge are able to be set up in varying seating configurations, our most popular is our larger round tables, seating 10. Lift access is available to both Sky Lounge and Members Lounge, for your guests.

Our catering department will assist you in creating a menu for your event, to suit all of your guests dietary needs.

With all of our Function Rooms, we have the availability to supply equipment such as Stages, Microphones, Lecturns, White Boards, Partitions, Overhead Projectors and Screens.
