NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Penrith District A H & I Society Ltd will be held in the Members Room at Club Paceway, 127–141 Station Street, Penrith NSW 2750 on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 at 6.00pm.

Election of Directors Nominations open 15 September 2025 and close 4.00pm, 26 September 2025.

Nomination forms available at Administration (First Floor), Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:00pm.

Voting will be held at the Club:

Friday 10 & Saturday 11 October – 12:30pm to 8:00pm & Sunday 12 October – 12:30pm to 4:30pm

Notices of Motion must be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by 4.00pm, 17 September 2025.
